当会がサステナビリティ・コーディネーターとして策定の伴走支援を行った、山口重工業株式会社（本社：東京都港区）のサステナビリティ・リンク・ローンのフレームワーク（日本語・英語版）が公表されました。

サステナビリティ・リンク・ローンとは、借り手である企業が野心的なサステナビリティ・パフォーマンス・ターゲット（SPTs）を達成することを奨励するローンであり、サステナビリティ目標（「キー・パフォーマンス・インディケーター（KPI）」と「サステナビリティ・パフォーマンス・ターゲット（SPTs）」）を定め、定めた目標の達成度合いに応じて金利が変動する融資です。弊会は、山口重工業株式会社のフレームワークの作成およびKPI・SPTsの策定にあたってサステナビリティ・コーディネーターとして伴走支援いたしました。

The Release of the Sustainability Linked Loan Framework (SLL) of Yamaguchi Heavy Industries, Ltd.

The Sustainability Linked Loan Framework of Yamaguchi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo) has been released in English as well as in Japanese. As a sustainability coordinator, we provided hands-on support throughout the framework development process.

Sustainability-Linked Loan (SLL) is a financing instrument designed to encourage borrowers to achieve the ambitious Sustainability Performance Targets (SPTs). Under this loan scheme, the borrower sets specific sustainability objectives, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SPTs. When targets are achieved, the interest rate on the loan is lowered. We have supported Yamaguchi Heavy Industries in the creation of their framework and the formulation of their KPIs and SPTs as a sustainability coordinator.
